Taashi Gupta (they/them)

Taashi is a facilitator of organizational and individual change who fosters environments and communities where everyone can feel supported. They love being able to work alongside others to imagine new possibilities, and then collaborate to amplify each other’s strengths to make meaningful change happen. As a recovering Executive Director, they are stubbornly insistent on ensuring that we prioritize rest, care, and relationship in our work. Taashi co-founded Grounding Solutions to support social change organizations, and its leaders, to thrive and feel sustainable. In the last few years, Taashi continues to explore ways to centre joy, healing, and play in all their spaces.
